PARENT PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS—Register Online NOW to View Report Cards, Test Scores & Receive Your Child’s Fall Classroom/Teacher Assignment!

Hello Brookvale Parents and Legal Guardians,

 

Please check your email inbox and spam folder for a recent email 

From: Notification from Fremont USD 

 

FUSD has sent multiple email blasts home to our families, and while the majority of parents have activated their Parent Portal in Illuminate, 30% have not.  Your personalized FUSD email contains your secure Access Key code and instructions needed to activate your Parent Portal.

 

Please retrieve the most recent email sent to you in April and set up your Parent Portal account today following the instructions below. Each parent/legal guardian on file with a valid email received this FUSD email and individualized Access Key code. You must set up your account to access your student’s report card and receive their fall classroom teacher assignment during Online MAZE Days.

 

If you did not receive the FUSD email, please email the School Secretary, Lena Anderson at lenaanderson@fusdk12.net so that she may update your email address in our database and provide you with an Access Code. Please include your child’s full name and grade level in the communication.

 

Home Connection Parent Portal Setup Instructions

Login into: https://fremont.illuminatehc.com/

 

If you have already created your home connection parent portal account, please use the email address which you gave for your student’s contacts information as your username and the password you created when you created your parent portal account. This will allow you to access and view your child’s report card and other information as it becomes available.

 

If you have not created a parent portal account, please follow the instructions below. The information marked with the asterisk (*) must match what the school has listed under contact information in our student system.

 

Login into: https://fremont.illuminatehc.com/

1.       Click the green “Create Account” button

2.       Enter all required information

a.       Parent First Name *

b.      Parent Last Name *

c.       Email Address*

d.      Phone Number*

e.       Access Code (The Access Key was emailed to all parents in the district)

f.        Create a password

g.       Confirm password

 

Once you’ve completed these steps, your account will be active and as more student information becomes available, you will be ready to access it!
